Posts, Rails and Supports
All steel play structure components are powder-coated locally through the process of electrostatic spraying. Charged powder particles adhere to the surface of our commercial playground posts, railings and custom steel climbers; the powder is then fused into a smooth and consistent coating in a curing oven. This process results in not only a highly desired aesthetic for outdoor playgrounds, but an incredibly durable surface armed to withstand prolonged exposure to the oft harsh weather patterns of our beloved Canadian climate.

Panels
Play Panels, Climbers, Steps and Guard Rails
All interactive activity and play panels, step risers and poly climbers for our outdoor play structures are manufactured using U.V. resistant HDPE panels. Unlike plywood, HDPE will not delaminate, rot or splinter. The wide variety of standard, bright, contrasting and playful colours withstand long-term exposure to intense sunlight, salt-water and rigorous use to ensure you commercial playground remains eye-catching and safe for generations of children.

Plastics
Slides, Climbers and Steps
All rotationally molded plastic components – including slides, hoods, roof structures and climbers for our commercial playground equipment are available in a wide range of beautifully vibrant colours. The molding process for our plastic components applies uniform colouring throughout the wall thickness, and all colours are U.V. stabilized to minimize fading and sun damage. With every colour of the rainbow to choose from, your public playground equipment is sure to be a showstopper.
